1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of coaching services provided by Olga Bieliakova ("the Coach", "I", "me", or "my"). By booking and attending coaching sessions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Coaching Services

Coaching is a professional relationship focused on helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Coaching is NOT therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.

• Coaching focuses on present and future goals, not past trauma or psychological healing
• I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional
• If you require mental health support, I recommend seeking appropriate professional help
• Coaching results depend on your engagement and commitment to the process

3. Services and Pricing

4. Session Duration and Package Use

• Individual coaching sessions are 50-60 minutes
• The Shift package (6 sessions) is designed to be used within 10 weeks of the first session
• Couples coaching sessions are 60-75 minutes
• The Couples Package (4 sessions) is designed to be used within 8 weeks of the first session
• Sessions not used within the designated timeframe may be forfeited unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing

5. Payment Terms

• Payment for Assessment Sessions is required before the session takes place
• Payment for coaching packages is required in full before the first session
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that circumstances change. Please note the following cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: The session is treated as used and cannot be refunded or rebooked
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services
• I reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I will not disclose any information about you or our sessions to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• If required by law or court order
• If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others
• For supervision purposes (anonymised) to maintain professional standards

8. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

• Attend sessions on time and prepared
• Be honest and open during our conversations
• Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

9. Limitations of Liability

While I am committed to providing high-quality coaching services:

• I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Coaching advice and guidance should not be substituted for professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
• Professional Indemnity Insurance is in place for the protection of both parties

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, frameworks, and content provided during coaching sessions remain my intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our coaching relationship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
